What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final and items are non-refundable. The only exception is if the item arrives broken by our fault in packaging.

What is Local Pickup?

The Local Pickup option at shipping is available for those in Jacksonville, Florida who would prefer to pick up their orders rather than shipping.

If this option is selected, you must send us a message to schedule a day and time for pickup. Our physical location is inside Sola Salon Studios in Riverside:

What does it mean to keep an "Open Box"?

The "Open Box" option is available for those who:

  • Have an open box with us from our Facebook Live shows

  • Plan to continue shopping and hold shipping until new inventory is posted to add to box and save on shipping costs.

When will I receive my order?

For items in stock, we ask that you please allow 1-3 business days for processing and fulfillment. For those who are placing an order for custom work, fulfillment may vary as it is a hand curated piece.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. All shipping is through USPS.

Please note: COOPERfect Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged items. All packages are insured through United States Postal Service and any issues regarding the shipping of your package can be addressed with USPS.
